The brief

The shop sits on a corner with good footfall and a cramped floor. Stock blocks the window, and customers never reach the back wall.

We treat the corner as a stage. The window pulls people in, the display wall holds them, and the checkout sits where sightlines naturally end.

The moves

• Window as invitation. A shallow, lit display band at eye level turns the corner glass into a pause point, not a wall of boxes.
• The display wall. One long, well-lit wall carries hero products. Everything else stays shallow so the shop breathes.
• The checkout triangle. Entry, display and till form a triangle. Staff see the whole floor and customers never wander.
• Light that sells. Layered lighting separates window, hero wall and ambient, so each zone does its job at any hour.
