Privacy policy
This page explains what information Woodex Interior collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our contact forms, cost estimator, live chat and WhatsApp enquiries.

1. Information you give us
When you send an enquiry, use the cost estimator, start a live chat or message us on WhatsApp, you may share your name, phone number, email address, project type, approximate area and anything you write in the message. The estimator also stores the service, size and finish level you select so our team can follow up with a realistic range.
2. Information collected automatically
We record which pages are viewed on this website (the page path only) to understand which services people are interested in. This counter does not use cookies and does not identify you. The site does not run third-party advertising or remarketing pixels.
3. Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising cookies. The site may store a small preference in your browser (local storage) for the chat widget so it remembers your conversation during a visit. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.
4. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation or site visit.
- To deliver the estimate you requested and improve our pricing ranges.
- To operate the live chat and continue the conversation on WhatsApp if you choose to.
- To keep basic business records (quotations, invoices, project correspondence).
5. Who stores your data
Form and chat data is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, and the website itself is served by Vercel. When you click a WhatsApp button, you leave our site and message through WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. We never sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries, quotations and invoices are kept for as long as needed for your project and for legal record-keeping in Pakistan. Old chat transcripts and inactive leads are reviewed periodically and deleted or anonymised when no longer useful.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@woodex.com.pk from the address you used, or by calling the studio. We respond within a reasonable time and in any case within 30 days.
8. Security
Website administration is protected by role-based accounts and signed sessions. Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to the database is limited to our application servers only.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how the website handles data, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
