Working Drawings

Authority Submission

An architect designs the building: its layout, form, elevations and spatial experience. A civil or structural engineer designs the beams, columns and foundations. Woodex handles the architecture and coordinates the structural team.
Requirements vary by project and authority. PCATP registration may be needed for some commercial, multi-unit or formal submissions. Woodex has PCATP-certified architects and can advise on your project.
A typical 5–10 Marla house takes about 4–6 weeks, while a 1–2 Kanal house may take 6–10 weeks. Authority processing is separate.
The standard scope includes concept plans, 3D views, design development, working drawings and submission preparation. Structural coordination is included for full-package projects. Government fees are separate.
Yes. The standalone elevation service includes a photorealistic 3D facade view and a 2D elevation drawing for your contractor.
Yes. Site visits outside Lahore are arranged separately, and much of the review process can be handled through virtual meetings and digital drawings.
